Is Online Purchasing Safe?
Absolutely, with our cloud system, every single piece of information is one hundred percent safe. Our purchase system is totally automatic and we do not store any Bank account information on our server. Only customer basic information has been stored for customer convenience.

How will I know if my Order has been Successful?
Upon successful completion of placing an order, an ‘Order Confirmation’ page will be shown which has all your order details. You will also receive an Order Confirmation email to your provided email ID and we will confirm you via your contact number.

Can I Check My Order Status?
Yes. For checking your order status you have to log in to your account, go to “My Orders” and there you will see the recent purchase list with the invoice number along with order status.

An Item from my Order is missing, what should I do?
If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service Center mentioning your order number and the name and code number of the missing item. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Why an Item on my Order list been canceled?
At times, we may not be able to fulfill your order for some reason. In that case, we will notify you and then your payment will be fully refunded. It will take 10 business days for the whole process.
